The Eclipse POS Prep Screen is displayed below. Immediately after an order is entered, the order is displayed on this screen. The prep screen eliminates the wasted time of physically bringing a paper ticket to the kitchen make line, and all of the problems associated with paper tickets. Orders are cleared automatically when they are completed by pressing the Enter key on the keyboard or clicking the Finished button on the screen. At that point, all of the remaining orders move towards the top left, and the next ticket waiting to be displayed is added to the bottom right. Any order on the screen may be selected and finished by using the keyboard arrow keys or the mouse.

Delayed orders entered from the Order Screen will appear on this screen at the time and date entered when the order was placed.
