If your location has an active internet connection, and you need assistance, Eclipse POS technicians can connect to your system to help you with training, setup or any technical problems you may be having.
This support is initiated by you. Eclipse POS will not be able to connect to your computer system without your knowledge or permission.
The remote assistance is started when a small utility program is run on your computer. The only time that this connection is allowed is when you request it by clicking on the Remote Assistance icon. After the session has ended, the program removes itself from your computer.
During the Remote Assistance session, the Eclipse POS technician can operate your computer as if they were physically at your location . The technician will explain what they are doing by either a phone call, or a chat window that is part of the Remote Assistance program.
Remote Assistance offers peace of mind for you if you ever require assistance. Remote Assistance is offered free of charge to all licensed Eclipse POS users.
