The Eclipse POS Cash Screen is displayed below. This screen gives an instantaneous total of cash that should be in the cash drawer at any time. Totals are displayed for receipts as well as any amounts paid out of the cash drawer. At the end of a business day, the deposit amount may be entered as shown below. The system will display any amount over or short for that day.

The right side of the screen contains all of the reports that may be printed. The reports may be either previewed on the computer screen, or printed to a printer.

The bottom portion of the screen is used for end of period routines.
